Service Description

The Initial Intake Health Assessment is designed for individuals with complex health histories or those seeking a thoughtful, personalized treatment plan. You will receive an intake questionnaire to complete in advance. Once returned, it is carefully reviewed alongside relevant research to ensure your unique history, concerns, and needs are fully understood. This time is devoted to gaining a clear and comprehensive picture of your health and developing an integrative, energy-based approach tailored specifically to you. We then schedule a consultation where I present your personalized treatment plan. This may include complementary and alternative approaches designed to work alongside a Western diagnosis, or as a stand-alone path to support your wellbeing. The consultation can take place in person, by phone, or via secure video conference, allowing space to explore your health history, current concerns, and goals in depth before moving into hands-on sessions. This process is designed to provide clarity, intention, and a deeply considered approach to your care—so you feel supported, understood, and confidently guided every step of the way.
