Linda is a Manual Osteopath, Biodynamic Craniosacral and Infinite Energy Tuning Fork Therapist, and is very excited to offer classes as an Infinite Energy Method Instructor for the region of Vancouver Island, BC. 

She believes in a holistic, gentle approach to treating the whole body, rather than just the symptom.  Her training includes many energetic and manual therapies, gaining knowledge and experience with the mind, body, and spirit connection in who we are and how to release pain and trauma.  Most recently, she spent 3 years in Cold Lake, AB as part of a team in a psychology clinic, working directly with Veterans experiencing chronic pain, depression, anxiety and PTSD.

Corrina Anne-Poss is a practitioner who offers a range of services that combine yoga, Pilates, Redcord Neuromuscular suspension therapy, massage, and reflexology to assist with pain management.  In addition, she utilizes trauma-informed shamanic techniques and certified to Level 5 in the Infinite Energy Method.  Corrina also teaches SUP YOGA, Shin-Rin Yuko (forest bathing), and Qi-Gong.
